plugin_jack9_chime.sma
	announces the time every half hour in a female voice by executing "speak"
	on each connected client's machine. It also prints the date and time on 
	the screen of each client. There is a manly announcement of 4:20 am and pm

plugin_jack9_silent_chime.sma
	same as previous, however no "speak" is executed (just date and time
	printed to screen) and there is no announcement of 4:20
