This plugin was created off of the plugin_TFC that came with admin mod. Thanks darope for the code!

Included is the source sma file with 8192 access.

Commands:

admin_blue <target>: Changes target to the blue team.
admin_green <target>: Changes target to the green team.
admin_bindvote <target>: Binds the vote to the v key for the target.
admin_popoff <target>: turns help popups off for the target.
