This little plugin will give you the chance to slap those lamers
and cheaters just by starting a vote. It works very simple.The
admin, or anyone with access to the command, just types
admin_vote_slap <name/serverid/wonid> and the vote will start.

HOW TO SET UP?
You can set up this plugin like this:

#define SLAP_VOTE_RATIO  50
#define ACCESS_VOTE_SLAP 1
#define SLAP_COUNT	 3

You can change the numbers for:

SLAP_VOTE_RATIO		votes needed to execute slap command in %
ACCESS_VOTE_SLAP 	which acces level do you need to do this
SLAP_COUNT		how many slaps should he get
