AWP Limit script by DLB

Description: Lets you limit how many AWPs each
  player can buy per map. Meant to limit people
  from overusing a very powerful weapon and ruining
  the game for others possibly.

Requires: StatsMe (http://www.olo.counter-strike.pl)

Setup:
-Change any access levels you want (restricted is default)
-Do the normal plugin setup (compile and add)
-Set your limit, for example "admin_awplimit 2" would
 limit to 2 purchases
-Allow exploit if you want to catch people with "admin_awpexploit 1"
 (WARNING: only do this if you are watching, it lets people get
 around the script if they know how)
